Versatile data creation

There are useful image saving formats for data management such as “High-compression PDF” that allows you to drastically decrease the amount of data and manage color document with ease, and “PDF with the result of text OCR” that is useful for searching.

Various destinations of scanned data

Scanned data can be sent to a variety of destinations such as “Scan to Folder”, “Scan to E-Mail”, and “Scan to Print”, and it can be selected based on user’s various task.

Edit and save files freely

Editing such as replace, rotate, and divide pages can be implemented with ease before creating a file of scanned data. In addition, scanned data after file creation can also be edited more easily, by using functions such as auto-creation of the file name.

More practical and useful function

There are practical and useful functions especially for business use case, such as “Job registration” that allows you to set frequently used scan settings, and “Presentation mode” that enables displaying the scanned image immediately after scanning .

CaptureOnTouch V4 provides more easy and effective scanning with new GUI, including simple one-click operation for routine tasks such as scan-to-email or scan-to-desktop.
Two scanning methods are available to satisfy a variety of needs including adhoc and daily scanning. As well as “Standard Scanning” where scanning mode and output mode can be separately configured, there is “Scanning Shortcut” where the specific scanning mode and output method are preconfigured, allowing one-click operation.

Automatic sorting and saving functions have been significantly improved on CaptureOnTouch V4.
Scanned originals can be divided into single files based on barcodes and counters in addition to blank paper. File name can be set by using text scanned from the document, or simply use text already configured.
Files can not only be sorted and saved in existing folders, but also into folders that are automatically created based on file-division information such as barcodes.
Once you have configured a set of rules, similar operations can be performed much more efficiently from next time in use.
